Established in 2011 near the Mississauga and Oakville border. When the parent asked Christopher who taught him that level of respect he immediately mentioned us, his parents, but quickly added "I learn a lot about respect Kids bjj at Karate too!" We have always tried to teach Christopher respect, it's nice to know that by him participating in Karate, the Academy of Martial Arts promotes the same values that we try to instill in him each day.

Our gym is where you meet your fitness and martial arts needs, we are home of champions. At this moment my 3 year old and 5 year old are participating twice a week in the after school program where they are being picked up from school. To teach the way of the Martial Artist, to learn to balance strength with harmony, to become truly confident in one's self, and a role model to others.
Every time I come with a positive attitude and I am ready for what each class throws at me. We are taking Mississauga's kids martial arts to the next level by expanding our renowned MMA Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai classes to include youth ages 6-12 years old.
